Complete Financial Solutions, Inc. (CFSI) provides services to mortgage originators, lenders and borrowers through our wholly-owned subsidiaries. Our services include originating and/or processing mortgage applications to a state of lender approval, drawing the closing documents, dispersing funds as directed by the chosen lender, and closing the transaction. We intend to offer investment and financial planning services as our company develops.
Our ultimate goal is to enhance our service offerings to provide a more complete solution to the financial services community. We intend to develop additional services and products, utilizing a number of subsidiary companies to cumulatively address a wide variety of functions beginning with the mortgage loan process, from application to funding. We intend to use our proprietary electronic communication tools to coordinate these multiple products and services electronically, create operating efficiencies and allow all parties access to the current and cumulative status of the process of each service offered.
